Messages
- Warning and Informational messages, as distinct from
error messages, added

now give the user number (as it exists in the MCNP or Sabrina
input file), rather than the internal number

Window with no arguments lists Windows

- ZOOM LOCK is now the default mode---the zoom state remains
fixed when the next image is made.
