The sabrina.ini initialization file saves some settings made during Sabrina execution. It is generated or modified upon Sabrina termination. Although it may be edited by the user, such modification is not recommended. Instead, the user should change settings with the user interface. (Recourse to the file may be necessary if the user manages somehow to wind up with file positions beyond the orbit of Saturn.)
The file contains a list of the five Most Recently Used files, sizes and positions for Sabrina's windows (not including popup dialog windows), and directories for each of the file access items under the Files menu. Also included are whether or not to display informational, warning, and error messages in popup dialogs, whether to echo commands generated by the interface, to ignore WAIT commands, and time picture creation, the Color background, error, and Xray colors, the line drawing background color, and the SubWindow division, the auto advance state, whether to show Popup Tips, and Array Size Paramters. Additional entries may be added in coming versions. Reset does not retrieve the sabrina.ini values.
A warning may result if a custom color, not define at Sabrina startup, was in use when sabrina.ini was written. Except for getting unexpected color, these warnings are harmless.
A location for the sabrina.ini file may be specified in the Resources file:
sabrina*IniPath: /usr/kvr/sabrinaIf there is no resource entry, the file in the working directory (./sabrina.ini) is used, if one exists. Otherwise, the file in the home directory (~/sabrina.ini) is used, and is created if it does not exist.
