Sabrina decomposes solid bodies into their constituent surfaces. LIST SBOD N gives a list of the surfaces comprising body N. If a surface is close to an existing surface of the same type, that previous surface is reused. Close means that each surface coefficient differs by no more than of the corresponding coefficient of the previous surface. The default tolerance is = 10-6 for planes and = 10-4 for all other surfaces. These tolerances may be too generous in some cases, as when working with very thin RPPs. These tolerances may be changed with the SERF command.
Usually, Sabrina reuses surfaces quietly. SERF TALK is available to turn on an informative message whenever a reuse occurs.
