ZOOM Command

ZOom

ZOOM is used to change the scale and/or position of the picture. ZOOMing may be accomplished interactively or by specifying coordinates on the command line.

ZOom [ ON | OFf ] [ Draw | Etch | Color ]

Interactively define an area to be enlarged by pressing the left mouse Button to start a framing box and dragging the box until it encompasses desired region.

DRAW, ETCH, COLOR Tell what type of picture to make.

ZOom { First | LAst | Query }

LAST gives previous Frame,
FIRST the first one.
QUERY reports frame values in Absolute units.

ZOom LOck [ ON | OFf ]

Lock the current frame values or not. If third field is missing, the value is toggled.

ZOom [ Absolute | Relative ] X-LL X-UR Y-LL Y-UR

(XLL, etc) are corners of Zoom region in fractions of current picture (RELATIVE ) or model units (ABSOLUTE ). Zoom/ Query returns Absolute values. Relative values are in fractions of current picture—May be < 0 or > 1.
