VERTICAL Command

A Dialog to set the Vertical Vector is invoked in the Projection Menu.

VErtical [ U V W ]

The vector (U, V, W ) is the vertical direction. The default vertical vector is the Z axis (0, 0, 1). The vector may be in any direction, i.e., the vertical axis need not coincide with a coordinate axis.

The current vector is reported if no arguments are present.

The three principal coordinate directions may be displayed on the figure with the AXIS command.
