N is a Right Elliptical Cylinder.
Point (VX, VY,
VZ)
is the center of one of the elliptical bases.
Vector (HX,
HY,
HZ) extends from the
center of one base to the center of the other base.
Vectors (R1X,
R1Y,
R1Z) and
(R2X,
R2Y,
R2Z) define the major and minor axes
of the elliptical bases.
The Vectors H, R1, and R2 must be mutually orthogonal.
