CRESOLUTION Command

Resolution parameters can be set on the Ray Tracing Interpolation Dialog

CResolution [Low | Medium | High] [Coarse | Fine | Super]

Resolution for COLOR and ETCH plots. The first argument determines how finely screen pixels are grouped into user pixels:
Option: LOW MEDIUM HIGH
User Pixel 4 X 4 2 X 2 1 X 1 Screen Pixels
Increasing resolution increases processing time.

COARSE / FINE /SUPER determines whether a 17, 9, or 1 square pixel grouping is used to determine intensity variation. If the colors are the same at the corners and center of the square, the intensities are filled in by interpolation, otherwise the square is subdivided. Increasing the resolution increases processing time. There is no interpolation in SUPER resolution mode.

CResolution with no arguments reports the current settings.
