Moritz Window Types
Moritz has several types of child windows:
The 2D, 3D, information and transcript windows are displayed at Moritz startup.
- Three 2D cut windows show 2-Dimensional views of the geometry in which the geometry can be interactively edited
- The 3D graphics window shows a 3-Dimensional view of the geometry.
- The information window contains tabs that show the position of the cursor in 2D windows, the coordinates at the center of the 3D Axis, hints and actions to take, and properties of cells and surfaces.
- The transcript window contains messages from Moritz.
- The file listing window echo the contents of files imported by reading Moritz scripts or MCNP input files.
- Reports about the state of the geometry model and previews of files Moritz can write are displayed in a report window.
- A color legend bar is shown in the color legend window. The legend bar shows the correspondence between color and value for particle tracks and grid tally data.
- The variable window shows user defined variables and provides fields for defining and editing the variables. We plan on adding tabs to this window for listing and selection of cells, surfaces, and other objects.
The sizes and positions of the child windows, as well as the container window, property sheets, and dialogs, are saved in the system registry. A child window is created with the same size and position as when it was last open.
