specified inline in a fill statement or resulting from a tilted
macrobody) to use the cell or surface number if it does not duplicate
another transformation number.

Fixed problem where an interrupt with the Escape key while
drawing a 2D picture led to a blank 3D picture.
Strengthened test for removing artifacts caused by the combinatorial triangles polygonalization.
Added an option for the maximum length of lines when writing MCNP
input.
The MCNP input title line is now captured and output when a new
or modified file is written.
Fixed problem where the 3D mesh and some other graphics items in
the dynamic 3D display are not shown until the image is rotated or
otherwise changed.
