• Implemented polygonalization of cells bounded by quadric surfaces.

• Added options to not polygonalize any cells and to not use the original and/or modified combinatorial triangles polygonalization.
• Add an option to write the number of the cell being polygonalized to a file so that a cell that causes an abnormal termination can be identified.
• Implemented a user specified minimum size below which the combinatorial triangles algorithm will not further subdivide a triangle.
• Updated reading of material specifications to allow a ZAID and its fraction to be on different lines and to handle Mn without a ZAID and fraction on the same line.
• Fixed the program so that user specified bounding boxes are not overridden.
• Added support for facets in particle track files including reading of facets in the surface.facet notation in the ptrac file and use of facets in the track filters.
• Added an algorithm to calculate points on the boundary of slices through a 3D CAD model.
