Color Legend Window
The Color Legend window, shown above, is displayed by selecting Color Legend from the Window menu or Apply on the Color Legend dialog. The shape of the window determines whether the legend bar is horizontal or vertical. The size of the bar follows the size of the window with offsets as explained in the discussion of the dialog. An optional label appears below the bar in the horizontal position but not in the vertical. From the dialog, one can set the background color and the font used for the numbers and label.
It is the user's responsibility to choose a window shape and position parameters so that the desired elements are visible.
