TABSF Editing

TABSF Edit ModeThe points and origin are shown on the TABSF Body property page where they can be edited. The page has buttons to initiate interactive origin definition and drawing and editing of the points. Selecting one of the buttons hides the property sheet and enters the corresponding mode; the property sheet reappears when the mode is terminated. In the drawing and editing modes, the depths of the two 2D planes parallel to the TABSF axis are moved to the origin. The TABSF elements are drawn in red as shown in the figures on this page. The points are shown as circles, the origin as a circle in a box, and a line extends along the axis. When drawing, points are added (when the mouse is clicked) after the last point. The last point is one most recently defined interactively and appears at the bottom of the list on the property page; the first point appears at the top of the list. A right click exits the drawing mode.

TABSF Edit ModeIn the editing mode, the point closest to and within 20 pixels of the cursor turns blue. Moving the mouse with the left button held down changes the position of the point. A right click shows a popup menu. Selecting Exit Editing or Exit, Discard Changes terminates the editing mode. Selecting the latter item undoes any changes made in the current (but not previous) editing session. The last two items set the last point equal to the first point and vice versa. When a point is selected, menu items to Add and Delete points are active. Before (in Add Point Before and Delete All Points Before) means towards the first point; After means towards the last point.
